Daniel Webster Plaza, Nashua, NH
Summit Realty Partners exclusively represented this property for lease when market conditions dictated that the owner evaluate attractive sale options. Summit introduced and assisted Linear Retail Properties of Burlington, MA in acquiring this outstanding location at the intersection of Daniel Webster Highway and Spit Brook Road for a purchase price of $14,000,000.00. The property consists of 82,000 square feet of retail space and currently holds such tenants as Pier 1 Imports, La-Z-Boy, Sleepy's, TD Banknorth, Jennifer Convertibles, Cassandra 2000 Day Spa and LensCrafters.
240 Loudon Road, Concord, NH
Summit Realty Partners helped the owner of 240 Loudon Road to develop, build, tenant and sell this 18,000 square foot retail building located in the heart of the "Concord Strip". A neighbor to the immense traffic of the Steeplegate Mall, this plaza currently boasts strong national tenants such as Starbucks, Sleepy's, T-Mobile and Jos. A Bank Clothiers.
Through more than five years, Summit was instrumental in obtaining difficult-to-get zoning approvals by working with the City of Concord and the abutting neighborhood. Summit's diligence came to fruition as Starbucks was the first tenant to open in 2007.
Reading Plaza, Reading, MA
Reading Plaza is a 20,000 square foot retail center consisting of tenants such as Busa Liquors, Café Capri, Sherwin Williams, Plaster Fun Time and Natural Food Exchange. The property is extremely well located one mile from Route 128 on Route 28. Summit Realty Partners and Winslow Property Management helped the client to secure, finance, and transition this underperforming shopping plaza on Reading's busiest street into one of the area's preferred destinations. Facility modernization upgrades along with a $250,000.00 facelift were provided to help give Reading Plaza and its tenants improved exposure to the shopping public. Due to these efforts, Summit was able to broker a deal for its client to sell the shopping center for the improved value price of $4,000,000.00 in 2008.
182 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA
Summit Realty Partners worked on behalf of a strong family trust to flip the 182 Cambridge Street plaza to Shaw's Supermarkets in 2002. Summit provided value to the buyer by negotiating the acquisition, coordinating environmental reviews and determinations, obtaining zoning approvals, conducting traffic analysis as well as coordinating and reaching out to neighborhood concerns.
182 Cambridge Street was reconstructed by Shaw's Supermarkets including developing a new retail location for the family trust to continue to operate its business for a long leasehold term at very favorable rental rate.
